The contracts for the copy machine run from 7/1/2006 to 6/30/2007. For that period, and regarding your copying needs only, we’ve divided the year into six month segments: July 1st to Decemer 31st and January 1st to June 30th.
Limits are as follows:
Part-time staff: (old copier only) no more than 1,000 copies per six-month period. Visiting full-time staff: 2,000 copies per six months (1,500 on the old copier and 500 on the new).
Full-time staff: 3,000 copies per six months (1,000 on the old, 2,000 on the new.)
If you have any questions, I’m available between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
