Re: Urgent!!
Dear Mr. Miller,
First, we’d like to (10) …………our receipt of shipment. We have received your goods of 100 cartons of women’s dresses for the winter season covering invoice No. RK-28479-33. Upon unpacking them we were very surprised to find that 10 boxes contained different articles, which we suppose were for another buyer. We’re afraid that the enclosed packing list was not for us, either. Considering that our market situation requires that we act swiftly, we would like you to send 10 cartons of replacements by airfreight at your expense as soon as possible. The replacements have to reach us within 2 weeks, or we’ll have a big problem with our customers. The market share competition is very fierce here, so (11) …………steps may cause some negative effects for us. We hope this will not happen.
Please find (12) ………… our sales order list and contents in detail. Regarding those cartons, we will keep them at your disposal. Please advise us by October 25th. We hope there won’t be another incident like this in the future. We appreciate your attention thank you.
Best regards, Bornzurd. Takeuchi: Import manager, Chiba Trade.
