Dear teaching assistants,

A many of you probably know, last Thursday evening (4)……… our computer labs was broken into and two of the eight computers were stolen. It appears that (5)……… thieves had no difficulty in robbing our lab since the door was left unlocked. Under our tight budget, it is going to be difficult for us to replace these computers anytime soon. In the future, please lock (6)……… lab doors behind you to avoid this type of theft.

PRODUCT PROPOSALS

We are once again looking for a new and exciting toy to produce for the holiday market. This year, at last, we are holding a company contest to try to find the best idea. If you have a great idea, and you think (7)……… will be the toy that all the kids want this year, submit your idea. Prizes will be awarded to two employees (8)……… ideas are chosen. The winners will also have the chance to supervise production of (9)……… toys.

Copies of the new employee handbook (10) ……..to all full-time support stall at the February staff meeting. This publication replaces any earlier versions. The manual provides information on company policies, employee guidelines, benefits, and health and safely issues.

Other full-time employees in non-administrative positions,  as well as part-time staff, should have received their handbooks in the mail.
