Beijing, China – In a press conference today at the headquarters of Wei Auto, Mr., Shinsul Du announce his upcoming (4)……………………………………… as vice-president.
Mr. Du has been with Wei Auto, the leading car manufacturer in China, for nearly 35 years. He started as a clerk in the financial office and worked his way up to his current position. Re: Use of Meeting Room C
We have three meeting rooms in our building, but please remember that Meeting Room C on the first floor is for presentations for potential clients only. It has recently been noted that many employees use this room for team meetings or informal gatherings. However, it cannot be used for such (7)…………………………Reservation should be made at the reception desk two days (8)……………………….. to the scheduled presentation so that the equipment inside the room can be checked and required maintenance can be carried out.
It is also important to notify the reception desk once the meeting is concluded. The room needs to be cleanded and prepared for any following meetings. In this way, we can ensure that we give a good impression to guests who visit our company.
