Thank you for your interest in participating in the 9th Annual Stefan Provincal Craft Fair that will be held on the second floor of the Lansdowne Convetion Center from March 9 to 12.
We have 11 regular-sized tables left as well as 3 half-tables. The fee for a regular table is $40/day. This table can dispay as many as 30 handmade crafts like the lovely ceramic vases in the photos you sent to us by e-mail. A half-table costs $25/day and can comfortably display 10-15 items. The attached form must be received along with payment no later than February 28. If payment is late, you will not be allowed to participate.
All sections are organized according to the regions in which the artists reside. Since you live in Florenceville, your table would be set up in the F section. Simply look for the table with your name on it.Please note that our volunteers are not responsible for watching over your table. Their duties include setting up tables and chairs, sweeping the floors, emptying trash and working at the ticket booth.

I would also like to mention that, as you have frequently ordered paint and paint supplies from our online store for the past five years, you are a customer in a good standing. As of July 3, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer any price reduction on lumber which we import. The reason for this is that international shipping rate are due to rise on July 14.
