Subject: Recreational activities to staff
I would like to remind everyone that, last month, Tamara Insuarance implemented a new initiative called “Recreational Development”. This program promotes physical exercise and communication among staff by providing opportunities for employees to participate in a variety of recreational team sports. To date, almost 50 of the 350 people who work here have joined this program, and although this number is high, we still hope to get more employees involved.
Currently, we have groups for three different sports. Our bowling teams meet Wednesday evening and our soccer teams play every Friday after work in Redstone Park, just a block south of here. As orgranizer of and a participant in the soccer event, I would like to get more people involved because it does not require a lot of expensive equipment and the park is big enough to allow us to play at least six games at the same time. Tamara also has a group that meets every Thursday night at 7:00 to play tennis doubles. The tennis courts at the Glendale Community Center have been booked every Thursday for this activity.
If you are interested in joining any of these activities, or would like to start your own group, please let me know either by visiting me in my office, room 109, or e-mailing me.

Lately, I have been feeling a little exhausted and unmotivated, so I think it is time for me to get involved in this wonderful program. Another reason I would like to participate is that I never have the chance to meet people outside my own legal division. We spend a great deal of time creating and checking legal documents, which means we are not able to meet people in other section often.
