To shoppers at Brick Mart
Please, shoppers, after you are finished with your shopping, place the carts where you first got them, in the cart area. This will (1)……….. more space on aisles, as we are having trouble lately with a lot of customers reporting there isn’t enough space in the aisles because of what other people are too lazy to do. These rules are closely (2)……….. to in all shopping areas. Also, please, if you have something you would like to return, bring it with a receipt. We cannot take items that have no receipt, not even store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. These are too many shoppers that bring in items (3)……….. a receipt and when we check them out, we see that it isn’t from our store. These simple rules will bring smiles to our shoppers and our faces as well and make shopping for you at Brick Mart a much more pleasureable one. Thank you.

Dear Chung,
I am writing to see if your son is Ok. I understand he has gotten into a fight with my son, and I’m sure both of them didn’t want that to happen and would like to remain friends. Not only does my son want to stay friends, but he told me he has learned a lesson to treat his friends with (7)……….., I would appreciate it, if you can tell your son what he told me. Well I can say that there will be no (8)……….. trouble between your son and mine, this (9)……….. and their being grounded for a month should teach them not to fight. Remember when we were kids? We never used to fight. It’s funny how kids these days fight all the time. I hope this incident will not preclude our relationship, and I know that we will stay friends for a long time.

Please ask that all files will be sent to your e-mails by tonight for our company’s progress report. You may contact me, or the manager in your department to send you the files. The files that will be sent are progress and information of (10)……….. and we are sending them to you to see if there are no errors.
If you do not ask for the files to be sent, the ones we have right now will go into the progress report. All files that are on the main computer will be automatically sent in for a print of the progress report, and after the reports are printed, absolutetly no changes will be made.
