Questions 1-4 refer to the following e-mail from a student to a teacher.

Dear Ms. Fitzgerald,

I'd like to apologize for missing yesterday's rehearsal. (1).... me happy and I was sad to miss the practice. I hope that the band was able to make progress without a clarinet, I don't want anyone to be mad at me! (2).... that I had a dentist appointment. I thought my appointment would be over before the rehearsal, but I was wrong! (3)....  long time to spend at the dentist's! I know rehearsal is important for the band, so I'm sorry I missed it. (4).... to come to practice next week.
