Questions 1-4 refer to the following e-mail from student to a teacher.
Dear Mr. Delaney,
I'm writing to you about next week's exam. I thought (1).... you. (2).... a number of questions I have about what will be on the exam. First of all, do we have to know dates or events? For example, (3).... in 1864 that the Civil War started. Will we have to know this date or just information about the event? (4).... possible that I'll have more questions before the exam. I'll e-mail you if I do.
