Dear Mrs. Andrews,

As you know, the Boy Scouts will be having a dinner in your honor this month. We want to thank you for all the help that you have given us in the last few years. We would be very honored if you could join us. I'm writing to you to give you details about the dinner.

It will occur on Wednesday, October 28 and start at 7 P.M. at the Green Mountain Restaurant. There will be a buffet with all kinds of food. There will also be speeches from people who are involved in the Boy Scouts. It is going to be an amazing evening. The boys have prepared a special gift for you. I won't tell you what it is going to be because they asked me to make sure that it is a surprise. There will also be a surprise guest speaker at the dinner.

The boys have been working for months planning this dinner. It was their idea. They are very excited for it.

You are an amazing person, and we are happy to tell the world.
