Question 1-4 refer to the following e-mail from a student to a teacher.

Dear Ms. Chatham,

I'm writing to ask if I could get an extension for the paper that's due on Friday. Earlier this week, I was very sick and could not focus on my schoolwork. (1)..... to have the weekend to finish. (2)..... definitely enough time for me to complete it. (3).... paper that I've written for you has been passed in on time, so I hope you'll allow me to take the extension. Anyway, (4)..... such an interesting country, and I'd really like to do a good job on the paper.
