Questions 1-3 are about the following letter.

Dear Susan,

Mr. Andrews and I have come up with a plan to help you in your biology class. I know that you were very sick at the beginning of the semester. We want to help you catch up to the other students. It would be sad if you failed the upcoming exam. 

Mr. Andrews has agreed to give you extra help every Monday and Wednesday morning from 7:30 until 8:20. This tutoring will last for four weeks, ending at the time of the exams. With this extra help, Mr. Andrews and I hope that you'll be prepared for your biology exam.

Please let me know by the end of the week if this plan works for you. If you are going to have trouble getting to school early, then please let us know. I'm sure we can arrange something.
