Questions 1-4 refer to the following notice from a school principal.

Unfortunately, the roof of our 200-year-old school has started (1).... This recent rainstorm left a lot of water damage in ceilings all over the school. This time, the water began to puddle on the floor, making it dangerous for students to walk through the halls. The school Board has decided (2)..... a team of roofers to go about fixing our leak problems. We've told them (3).... as soon as possible. Still, this issue will take a long time to resolve, even if the roofs are skilled at (4).... solutions. If it rains, please be careful in the hallways. We'll set up buckets to catch the leaks, but that won't solve everything.
